Tourist region: Beskid Żywiecki i Orawa
The waterfall on the Mosorny Stream is one of the largest and most beautiful waterfalls of the Polish Beskid Mountains.
It is located just above the last buildings of Mosorne – the hamlet of Zawoja. The waters of the Mosorny Stream flow down here from a height of 8 m, by means of a few rock steps and expose the horizontally arranged layers of Carpathian flysch. They are visible in the walls with a height of a dozen or so metres, surrounding the waterfall. No evorsion kettle has been formed at its foot.
